Return and Refund Policy for Nylontops

Thank you for shopping with Nylontops! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we’ve created this easy-to-follow return and refund policy to ensure your experience is smooth and hassle-free.


1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window, starting from the date you receive your order. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your items.

To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in new, unused condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The item must be unworn and unwashed.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at support@nylontops.com within 30 days of receiving your order. When contacting us, please provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return (optional but helpful)

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on how to return the item(s). Please note: Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • For Defective or Incorrect Items: If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide you with a prepaid return label.

  • For Customer Remorse: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or other non-defective reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.


4. Accepted Product Conditions for Returns

We can only accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, in its original condition.
  • The tags and packaging are intact.
  • The item has not been washed, worn, or altered in any way.

Please note: Hygiene-sensitive items (such as lingerie or swimwear) cannot be returned for health and safety reasons unless they are defective.


5. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns. You will only be responsible for the return shipping cost, if applicable.


6. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear on your account will depend on your payment provider and can take up to 7-10 business days.


7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at support@nylontops.com. Exchanges are available for:

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items (we will cover shipping costs for exchanges due to our error).
  • Customer preference (you will be responsible for return shipping and shipping for the new item).

Please note: If the item is out of stock, we will inform you, and a refund will be issued instead.


8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or does not match your order, please contact us immediately at support@nylontops.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible and provide a solution, either by offering a replacement or full refund for faulty items.


9. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following items:

  • Lingerie, swimwear, or other intimate apparel.
  • Earrings or other pierced jewelry.
  • Gift cards or vouchers.

10. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that returned items meet our return conditions. If items are returned in a used or damaged state, or without prior authorization, we reserve the right to refuse the return and not issue a refund.
