Shipping Policy for Nylontops

Order Processing Time

Our dedicated team processes orders within 1 business day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Delivery Period

  • Express Delivery: For faster delivery, we offer Express Shipping, which generally takes 1-3 business days.

Please note that shipping times are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather, incorrect address details, or customs clearance for international orders.


Order Cut-off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 p.m. (GMT). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Costs

  • Express Shipping: £10 for all UK orders.

For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order.


Method of Delivery

We partner with trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, UPS, DHL, and DPD to ensure your order is delivered reliably and efficiently.


Non-Shipping Days

Please note that we do not process orders on UK public holidays. Orders placed during holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Confirmation of Shipment

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Nylontops operates Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Item Misplacement

If your order does not arrive within the specified delivery timeframe, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided. If you experience any further issues, please reach out to us at support@nylontops.com, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.


Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address leads to the return of your items, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to reship the items. Please ensure that all address details are correct when placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately at support@nylontops.com.


Address Change

If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us at support@nylontops.com or call +44 7457 412706 within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.


Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it, but you can refer to our Return & Refund Policy for assistance.


Items Damaged During Transit

If your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. Please provide clear photographs of the damaged goods via email to support@nylontops.com, and we will assist you with a free exchange or refund.
